Slovenian President Janez Drnovsek has left for China on Wednesday to attend the fifth annual Boao Forum for Asia 2006. Drnovsek is to address the Boao Forum conference in the seaside resort Boao in south China's Hainan province, dubbed "New Opportunities for Asia: Directing Development into the Next Phase". Russia Not to Amend Constitution on President Terms Speakers of the Russian parliament have announced that neither of the chambers will amend the constitution to pave the way for a third term in office for incumbent President Vladimir Putin. The speakers made the statements in comments on the initiative by a public organization from North Ossetia which called for amending the Constitutional norm to allow the president to run for a third term.
