双语学习:给减肥人士的三点基础建议

Health and beauty, can we have both of them? The following are some suggestions to help you lose weight in a healthy way.
健康和美丽,我们能否同时拥有?以下是一些帮你实现健康减肥的具体建议。

1. Create a healthy diet
制作一份健康食谱

If you are overweight, you can't continue with your current eating habits. You should change the way you eat food. Of course, no one can change everything overnight. You can try to make one new change every week, and one that you can live with!
如果你已经超重,那么你不能再继续现在的饮食习惯了。应当改变你吃东西的方式。当然,没有人能在一夜之间改变所有的东西。你可以每周尝试一个可以接受的新变化。

2. Drink lots of water
喝大量的水

Drinking water is very important to keep you fit. It hydrates(补水) your body and replenishes (补充能量) your system. What's more, drinking a lot of water will force you not to drink other beverages(饮料) that are high in calories, such as soda, coffee, etc.
喝水对于保持健康来说很重要。它可以为你的身体补充所需水分,并维持体内系统的正常运作。而且,大量地喝水能够减少你其他高热量饮品的摄入量,比如汽水、咖啡等。


3. Increase everyday activity
增加每日活动量

Getting your body move is vital to losing weight ,even small activity. There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do, such as aerobics( 有氧健身操), running , walking, swimming, cycling, etc. What's more , you can build your activity into the daily life, such as walking to the shops, using the stairs instead of the lift, standing up and doing exercise between TV programs.
让你的身体运动起来对于减肥来说至关重要,即使是一些轻微的活动也是有帮助的。要增加活动量有很多途径,比如有氧健身操、跑步、散步、游泳、骑自行车等等。而且你也可以将一些活动与日常生活结合进行,比如步行去商店、使用楼梯而不是电梯、在电视节目空当站起来做做运动。
