US president Donald Trump said on Tuesday that North Korea would be “met with fire and fury like the world has never seen“, escalating his rhetoric against the nuclear aspirant following fresh reports about its galloping missile programme.
美国总统唐纳德•特朗普(Donald Trump)周二表示，朝鲜将“遭遇世界从未见识过的火与怒(fire and fury)“——在有关朝鲜飞速进展的导弹计划的新报告出炉后，特朗普针对这个抱有核野心的国家的论调进一步升级。
“North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States,“ Mr Trump told reporters, following details that the country has produced a miniaturised nuclear weapon that can be carried on its ballistic missiles. The intelligence reports, carried by The Washington Post, underline the grave threat that the Trump administration has spent the past seven months striving to stem.
“朝鲜最好别再做出任何新的威胁美国的事情，“特朗普向记者表示，此前有详细消息称，朝鲜已经制造出可以装载在弹道导弹上的小型化核武器。《华盛顿邮报》(The Washington Post)报道的情报报告，明确显示了特朗普政府耗费了过去7个月拼命试图阻止的严重威胁。
